Yoga with Ceilah

Ceilah is a certified 200 hr yoga teacher who graduated from the Yogaveda school in Alachua. She teaches Vinyasa flow which incorporates classic yoga poses in a fluid sequence while linking movement to breath. This class is a multi-level class so all students are welcome. Students will gain improved flexibility, strength, and balance in a nurturing and lighthearted atmosphere.

Tuesdays 9:45am and Fridays 5:30pm

Qigong with Anne

Qigong (pronounced chee-gong) is an ancient Chinese form of meditative and flowing, expressive movements that deepen relaxation, improve health and increase energy.  It’s faster to learn than Tai Chi and easier to do than Yoga.  Qigong is great for everyone, including people who are not athletic or have some limits to mobility! 

Students report increased focus and mental clarity, as well as improved strength and balance.

Wednesdays 12:30am

Yoga with Marion

Marion has over 6 years of teaching experiance and is certified in Yin, Restorative, and Chakra. Marion specializes in Hatha, Slow-flow yoga, and Yin.

Marion’s yoga class is open to all fitness levels and students can expect to increase flexibility, balance, overall strength, release stress, and leave more centered and confident.

Saturdays 10:15am
